The search process for our next Head of School began this past August. Our Search Committee Co-Chairs, Liron Kormas-Harpaz and Ira Hammer, together with Amy Wasser from our partner search firm, Prizmah, have been working diligently to review an impressive and highly competitive pool of candidates.
After an initial review of resumes and preliminary intake conversations, the full Search Committee is now preparing to conduct more in-depth interviews with eight candidates over the coming weeks.
We anticipate inviting finalists to Gottesman RTW Academy in January and/or early February for on-site visits, where they will have the opportunity to meet with members of our community — including administrators, faculty, parents, students, and the Board of Trustees. Our hope is that our new Head of School will be finalized by the beginning of March.
