Kindergarten Teacher
GRTWA is searching for a full-time general studies kindergarten teacher to co-teach with two other teachers. Responsibilities include:
- planning a program that helps each student achieve learning objectives and curriculum goals
- preparing lesson materials and resources
- selecting and using instructional methods and materials appropriate to the students and learning activities
- utilizing games, music, books, art, technology, and other resources to teach basic skills and foster student development
- adapting standard teaching methods to meet different student needs and interests
- creating a positive and appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning
- developing and implementing a suitable classroom management system
- establishing and effecting rules for acceptable behavior
- applying and following up on approved disciplinary interventions
- making referrals for assistance where necessary
- encouraging cooperative social behavior through games and activities
- observing, evaluating, and recording children's social and academic progress
- providing constructive feedback to parents, guardians, and administration
- preparing and distributing written reports
- planning for and ordering classroom equipment and supplies
- ensuring equipment and facilities are clean and safe
- collaborating with other staff members to promote the general health of the school
- performing required administrative duties, including attending staff meetings
- upholding the school code of conduct and all school policies, rules, and procedures in a supportive and positive manner
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in elementary education or equivalent
- previous teaching experience preferred
- understanding and proficiency in relevant technology
- knowledge of current educational and instructional methodologies and techniques

Child Care Providers and Aftercare Staff
GRTWA is looking for experienced child care providers for our Early Childhood Center in our toddler and infant classrooms. We are also looking for aftercare staff. Candidates must have experience caring for infants and toddlers. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in child development or early childhood education
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in Jewish early childhood education a plus
Full and part time positions are available. Hours needed are Monday through Friday
- 8:00-3:30 p.m.
- 3:00-6:00 (Friday 2:00-6:00)

Substitutes
We are always in need of dedicated teachers and teaching assistants to be on-call, day-to-day substitutes, full and/or part day, to fill in when our classroom staff is absent.
- Substitute teachers are needed in ECC through 8th grade, for both Judaic and general subjects.
- A love of children is required
- Previous experience is desirable but not required.
- A minimum of 2 years of college is required, preferably in a related field.
- A teaching certificate/experience is desirable but not required.
- Though you may be called the morning you are needed, we will call you in advance whenever possible.
- You will be asked to submit to a criminal background check and provide proof of legal status to work.
